On 5 September 2006 the Government confirmed it will proceed with its plan to simplify and streamline superannuation.
Superannuation Complaints Tribunal
The Superannuation Complaints Tribunal is an independent Tribunal set up by the Australian Government to deal with complaints about: superannuation funds, annuities and deferred annuities; and retirement savings accounts (RSA).
